Terms and Conditions
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by Wanderlust’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • PETS allowed. We require a $25 per pet fee to be paid prior to your stay.  Two Pet max under 65lbs max per dog. Any undisclosed pets will be charged a $250 fine.
  • Guest must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • NO smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.  Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the room will be charged an additional $500 fumigation fee.
  • Guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Guest is permitted one free parking stall.
  • Guest may NOT leave car parked in the parking lot after check out unless leaving vehicle parked was authorized by staff and guest has paid the $25 after check out parking fee or $25 late check out fee.  All vehicles left past 11am checkout will be subject to towing fees should the car need to be removed. Please note paying for the $25 fee for extra vehicle parking will require an additional $25 fee for staying parked past checkout.  Leaving car parked past check-out is until 2pm at which point the vehicle would need to be moved.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: (5-day Cancellation Policy)

A full refund will be administered if the cancelation is made 5 or more days prior to the check in date. For holidays & festivals please reference cancellation policy below.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: (14-day Cancellation Policy)

Full refund will be administered if cancelation is made 14 or more days prior to your arrival date.

January – MARTIN LUTHER KING JR/BAVARIAN ICE FEST.
February – PRESIDENTS DAY *Weekend (3rd Weekend and 3rd Monday in Feb)
May – MEMORIAL DAY *Weekend (Last Monday in May)
July – 4TH OF JULY *Weekend
Sept – LABOR DAY *Weekend (First Monday of September)
Nov – THANKSGIVING *Weekend (The fourth Thursday in November)

* Weekend(s) – Fri & Sat. Sunday also applies when holiday or festival is observed on Monday.

FESTIVAL CANCELLATION POLICY: (30-day Cancellation Policy)

Full refund will be administered if cancelation is made 30 or more days prior to your arrival date.

May – Maifest – (2nd weekend in May)
October – Oktoberfest (first three full or partial weekends in October).
November – Christkinlmarkt – (The fourth weekend in November)
December – Christmas Lighting Festival (The first 3 weekends in December).
December/January – Christmas Break – New Year’s – Last 15 days of Dec – January 2nd

WEATHER/HWY/ROAD CONDITION POLICY: (Day of Arrival ONLY and valid only for the Leavenworth/Plain area or travel conditions on Hwy/roads vital to access Leavenworth).

—This policy requires road closure of major Hwy/Roads that are required to travel to Leavenworth on the day of arrival. Restrictions such as 4-wheel drive, Chains or studs does not qualify
for refundable cancellation. We advise all travelers in the winter visiting Leavenworth they should have snow tires or studs and if not, they should travel with chains to fulfill
travel requirements that are advised periodically in the winter. You can purchase chains at many retail stores like Auto Zone, Napa and some Walmart’s.

Guest can select either a Full credit to use for a future travel date within 60 days OR a 50% Refund will be administered ONLY if the below condition in this section is fulfilled –

—This policy requires closures of major Hwy/Roads that are required to travel to Leavenworth on the day of arrival. In addition, the closures must be past 2pm.
For example, a road closure at 10am the day of arrival that then opens at 1:30pm will not qualify. A road closure in your city or neighborhood does NOT qualify.
Guest traveling from west of Leavenworth can access Leavenworth from either Stevens Pass (HWY-2) or Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and if one of these passes is open
before or by 2pm day of arrival then the reservation will not qualify. Both Passes must be closed to be considered for partial/refund or credit. Often the passes
may close in the beginning of the day to clean up or for avalanche control but reopen for travel later in the afternoon or early evening. Forecasted weather does not qualify
for this policy. For example, if the news forecast there is a snowstorm in near future that does not qualify for this policy. Please reference our other cancellation policies
above as you may qualify under those policies if your still in your cancellation window.

WILDFIRE/SMOKE POLICY: (Day of Arrival ONLY and valid only for the Leavenworth/Plain area or fire conditions on any major Hwy/roads vital to access Leavenworth).

Guest can select either a Full credit to use for a future travel date within 60 days OR a 50% refund will be administered ONLY if the below condition in this section is fulfilled –

—This policy is for fires that requires closures of only major Hwy/Roads that are required to travel to Leavenworth on the day of arrival. A road closure in your city or neighborhood
does NOT qualify. Guest traveling from west of Leavenworth can access Leavenworth from either Stevens Pass (HWY-2) or Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and if one of these passes is open before
or by 2pm day of arrival then the reservation will not qualify. Both Passes must be closed to be considered for partial/refund or credit.

TRAVEL ISSUES POLICY – Not Refundable. Travel issues such as missed flight or vehicle issues fall under our normal cancellation policies listed. Please check your dates and reference
our General, Holiday and Festival cancellation policies. Please do not contact us to cancel for personal reason as we will not be able to assist you.

PERSONAL REASONS POLICY – We realize sometimes life happens and there could be a unfortunate circumstance or issue arise so please make sure to reference our General, Holiday and Festival
cancellation policies. Otherwise, personal issues are not refundable. Please do not contact us to cancel for personal reason as we will not be able to assist you.
